Marie CHEONG-THONG, our expert jury, is a gold mine of information on beverages, dishes and indigenous ingredients of many different cultures and regions!

Some news from Marie: Appointed as the Chair of the specific “Asian spirits category” jury at the IWSC (International Wine and Spirit Competition in London). She is now also a correspondent for a newsletter in Japan, aimed at producers, companies and professionals of sake, shochu and spirits.

For the 25th anniversary of the Contest with another famous wineexpert and winejudge, Toshio Ueno, she is in charge of the Masterclass dedicated to “White Wines of Japan & Sake”.

She is looking forward to returning to the Mondial des Vins Blancs in Strasbourg!
